• Light Roasts
• Mexican
• A light roast made from beans that were harvested in Mexico. It has an earthy taste with a snappy flavor.
• Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
• A light African roast that is very well balanced on the flavor wheel. It has an almost buttery finish to it.
• Medium Roasts
• House Blend
• A medium blend of Guatemala and Sumatra roasts. It has a rich and tangy flavor.
• Breakfast Blend
• A medium blend mixed from all different regions. It is rich, full-bodied and the perfect thing to get you going in the morning.
• Barefoot’n/Organic Orgasmic
• Called Barefoot’n to be more proper. The other name comes from the feeling it produces. It is a medium blend that comes from Central America that goes down smooth and easy.
• Espresso
• A medium blend perfected by the experts at Bongo Java. It has a sweet rich flavor that will keep you coming back.
• Columbian
• A high mountain shade grown bean. Like most Columbians it is smooth, mellow and light in body.
• Dark Roasts
• Sumatra
• This is a medium/dark Indonesian roast. It has a smooth earthy taste.
• Mystic Brew
• A dark blend that comes mainly from Africa. It is smooth and full-bodied.
• Made in the Shade
• Another dark roasted blend that comes from Central and South America. It has a tangy, nutty flavor that will knock your socks off. This is quite an accomplishment since shoes are required in this establishment.
• Mudd
• A really dark blend made up of smoky French roast and Sumatra. It is full bodied and smooth.
• Charbucks
• A four alarm fire won’t get your beans roasted darker than this.
